Apartment & Room Descriptions

Please read below for a description of each accommodation option and select your preference from available options when you register.

Ground Floor: The ground floor apartment is made up of three private rooms, each with their own bathroom, which share a large and comfortable communal kitchen. These rooms stay fresh, as they are on the ground floor, each room has a ceiling fan, and they open to a pretty shared patio with easy access to the sunny first floor terrace as well.

Ground Floor 1:

Spacious and luminous with large windows opening to the patio, this room has one double bed, table and sitting area, wardrobe, hammock and private bathroom just outside the room. 

Ground Floor 2:

Small but comfortable with one large bed and private ensuite bathroom.

Ground Floor 3:

Quite large with one large bed plus two single beds which form a nice sitting area when not used as additional beds, with private ensuite bathroom. This room is suitable for one person or for a couple or two friends sharing a room if the A apartments are sold out.

Room 1B:

Small but lovely private room with AC and ceiling fan and a private bathroom just outside the door. This room is special because it looks out onto sunny, spacious first floor terrace - a nice breakfast spot! The kitchen is the communal kitchen one level down on the ground floor, shared with three other rooms.

Apartments 1A, 2A, 4A:

Initially reserved for double occupancy - a couple or two people signing up together to share a room. These spacious, open floor-plan apartments have a bedroom with choice of one large or two single beds, large private balcony overlooking the tree-lined street, private kitchen with spacious dining area, living area, large private ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower, AC and ceiling fan. Perfect for a couple or any two people sharing a room. The 4A apartment can be laid out to be one bedroom with kitchen/dining + living room OR two private bedrooms (one is smaller than the other) with kitchen/dining area. If not taken for double occupancy, these apartments may become available for single occupancy - please inquire.

Apartment 2B:

The two sunny rooms in this two-bedroom apartment share a private bathroom, kitchen and dining area. There is AC, ceiling fan, and a small balcony off the living area. This apartment gets nice light and breeze. Signing up as an individual you have a private bedroom and share the other areas with one other person.

Studio 7:

A mini studio apartment on the 7th floor surrounded by the rooftop terrace with panoramic views. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, private ensuite bathroom, AC, ceiling fan, double bed. Small but lovely! (Note: it is not unheard of for the power to go out in Buenos Aires from time to time, which means no elevator and this apartment is on the 7th floor…)

Studio 4B:

A spacious one-room suite with private ensuite bathroom, private terrace, large bed plus extra bed that serves as a sitting area when not used as a bed, fully equipped kitchen, AC and ceiling fan. Most luxurious option for one person, also suitable for a couple or any two people sharing a room if the A apartments are sold out.

Shared Rooms: Apartments 1A, 2A and 4A are reserved for double occupancy as these apartments are the most ideally suited for two people. They have one bedroom which can have one large or two single (see description above). The 4A apartment can have two bedrooms each with one bed or one bedroom + living area. If these apartments are sold out and you wish to share a room, please contact us.

Accessibility Note: Luna Lila is a 7-floor building with a staircase and an elevator. The dance studio is located on the basement level. It is not unheard of for the power to go out in Buenos Aires from time to time, in which case the stairs are unavoidable. If you have difficulty with stairs or any other accessibility needs, please consult us before registering. Questions? Let us know!
